Job summary

SGV & Co. invites a seasoned corporate finance professional at Manager level to join our M&A advisory team in Metro Manila. You will originate transactions, lead client pitches, and shape deal strategy across acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.

You will work with leadership to grow origination capacity, manage multiple live transactions, and mentor junior colleagues while building a strong regional network.

Qualifications

• Track record of originating and executing corporate finance/M&A deals.
• Experience leading finance processes and due diligence.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originate and deliver transaction ideas and leverage relationships.
• Lead client pitches and contribute to business development.
• Advise clients on transaction strategy and deal structure.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with investors, advisers, and counterparty teams.
• Develop sector expertise and SGV’s origination capabilities.
