Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in M&A, financial due diligence, or transaction advisory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence projects for buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Review financial information, earnings quality, working capital, and KPIs for transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and stakeholders throughout deal process.
• Draft client-ready reports and presentations communicating findings, risks, and value drivers.
• Collaborate with valuations, tax, legal, and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and ensure quality delivery.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, meetings and pitches.
• Stay updated on market trends and sector activity to identify opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a track record in executing mid- to large-scale M&A or capital market transactions in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Review and analyze financial information, quality of earnings, working capital, and key performance indicators relevant to transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders throughout the deal process.
• Draft client-ready reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, risks, and value drivers.
• Collaborate with teams across valuation, tax, legal, and strategy functions to deliver integrated transaction solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical growth and project execution skills.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing, client meetings, and pitch presentations.
• Stay updated on market trends and sector activity to identify new opportunities and inform client advice.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in M&A, financial due diligence, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuation concepts, and transaction structuring.
• Proven experience in managing multiple engagements and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cross-border or regulated industry transactions is an advantage.
