Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory services.
• Experience with Common ERP and accounting software.
• Experience in developing Quality of Earnings (QOE) reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support due diligence engagements.
• Draft due diligence workbooks, reports, and memoranda.
• Develop and present analyses in client meetings.
• Participate in M&A strategy development discussions.
• Mentor and develop Associates.
