Job summary

Ubiquity seeks a Senior Associate for Transaction Advisory Services in the Philippines. You will oversee portions of the M&A process, mentor Associates on project teams, and communicate with clients on complex transactions.

About the role:

Our Senior Associates are deeply involved in all aspects of the M&A process from client development to transaction closing. Senior Associates oversee Associates on project teams and provide senior M&A professionals with support and deal materials. Senior Associates handle more complex transactions and communicate with clients, which may include running meetings.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft due diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda
• Participate meaningfully in all aspects of engagement development and execution
• Develop and present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings

Ideal candidates have:

• 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory services
• Experience working with common ERP and accounting software
• Experience working with or leading the development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings)
