Job summary

Ubiquity Global Services, Inc. is looking for a Senior Associate involved in all aspects of the M&A process. Responsibilities include overseeing Associates, coordinating due diligence, and managing communications with clients. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory services and will participate in strategically important discussions.

This role also involves drafting reports and mentoring junior staff. We seek someone with strong client communication skills and experience with ERP software.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in transaction advisory services.
• Experience with Common ERP and accounting software.
• Experience in developing Quality of Earnings (QOE) reports.

Our Senior Associates are deeply involved in all aspects ofthe M&A process from client development to transaction closing. SeniorAssociates are responsible for overseeing Associates on project teams andproviding senior M&A professionals with support and various deal materials.Senior Associates will handle more complex transactions and will handlecommunications with clients, which could include running meetings.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Participatemeaningfully in all aspects of engagement development and execution

Experience

• 3-5years of experience in transaction advisory services
