Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Transaction Advisory Services professional to lead M&A engagements with clients, oversee Associates, and support senior M&A professionals in closing deals.

The role emphasizes coordinating due diligence, drafting QOE workbooks, and developing client presentations while mentoring staff on project teams. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in transaction advisory and experience with ERP/accounting software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transaction advisory services.
• Experience with ERP and accounting software.
• Experience leading development of QOE reports (Quality of Earnings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support due diligence engagements
• Draft due diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda
• Participate in engagement development and execution
• Develop and present analyses and presentations in client meetings
• Participate in M&A strategy development discussions
• Mentor and develop staff Associates
