Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior Associate in Transaction Advisory Services to drive all phases of the M&A process, from client development to closing. You will oversee teams, support senior professionals, and handle complex transactions while communicating with clients in meetings.

The role involves drafting diligence workbooks, leading analyses, and mentoring staff. A strong background in ERP/accounting software and QOE reports is required for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in transaction advisory services.
• Experience working with common ERP and accounting software.
• Experience working with or leading the development of QOE (Quality of Earnings) reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support due diligence engagements.
• Draft due diligence (QOE) workbooks, reports, and information memoranda.
• Participate meaningfully in engagement development and execution.
• Develop and present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings.
• Participate in M&A strategy development discussions.
• Mentor and develop staff Associates.
