Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant travel industry experience
• Background in Luxury Travel, Concierge, Travel Consulting, Travel Advisory, or Corporate Travel
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Comfortable handling complex and time-sensitive travel requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury travel arrangements, itineraries, hotels, transfers, experiences and other travel requirements
• Coordinate with clients, travel partners, DMCs and internal teams
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations and travel-related concerns
• Ensure personalized and seamless service for high-end clients
