LVH is seeking a seasoned Client Relations Specialist in Metro Manila to support our luxury home chartering service. You will manage initial client communications, maintain profiles in our CRM, and help qualify leads across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in client-focused roles (hotel, travel, concierge or executive support), exceptional English, and strong organizational skills to assist in deal-closing and contract handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-focused roles (hotel, travel, concierge or executive support).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required; strong CRM and organizational tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of initial client communication across channels.
• Maintain comprehensive client profiles and CRM data accuracy.
• Qualify leads after initial assessment of client background and request.
• Assist in deal-closing stages and prepare booking documents.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and distribute information to team.
