Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury Travel, Hospitality, Concierge, or Premium Client Services.
Experience supporting VIP or high-net-worth clientele.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch client environment.
Salesforce or CRM experience is an advantage.
Willing to work 100% onsite in SM Aura, Taguig on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional support to VIP and high-net-worth travelers.
Handle urgent travel requests, itinerary changes, cancellations, and disruptions.
Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, and suppliers for seamless experiences.
Resolve client concerns while maintaining service standards.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Utilize Salesforce or CRM tools to manage requests and arrangements.
