Job summary

B V L G A R I Corporation of America is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for our Moliere Store in Mexico City. You will act as Brand Ambassador delivering a MAGNIFICENT and memorable experience for customers.

The role reports to Store Manager and collaborates with the Sales team to drive sales and provide excellent service. English required; luxury retail experience preferred. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury retail or luxury products.
• Fluent English; strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiar with store CRM/ops apps.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to KPIs and sales budget achievement monthly and yearly.
• Manage the sales process from Welcome to Packaging with selling techniques.
• Convey warm Italian hospitality throughout client interactions.
• Listen empathetically to clients and provide customized advice.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
• Perform CRM activities as directed, including CRM AFSS.
• Communicate opportunities to increase brand awareness and loyalty.
