CELINE is seeking a skilled luxury retail professional to join our Boston-area store team. The role focuses on driving sales, leveraging product knowledge, and expanding a valued client book through personalized communication and targeted events.

You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage follow-ups on shipping and alterations, and support inventory and store presentation to uphold the CELINE standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury.
• Computer literate; able to learn and use various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and average transaction value.
• Promote store events via email, phone and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up on shipping or alterations.
• Assist in housekeeping, store image, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
