Qualifications

• The candidate has at least 2 years of documented experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience delivering exceptional client experiences in luxury or premium brands.
• Ability to convey brand history, codes and savoir-faire to clients.

Responsibilities

• Represent CHANEL and communicate the House's aesthetic style to clients.
• Contribute to sales by driving individual performance and building client relationships.
• Provide an excellent client experience within the Boutique and beyond.
• Maintain the Boutique appearance and collaborate with Boutique teams.
• Develop a client database and loyalty to extend the CHANEL journey.
