Charles Taylor is expanding in Spain and inviting senior loss adjusters to join a multinational team. The role involves managing Property & Casualty claims across Spain, with remote work from mainland Spain and required site visits, coordination with international teams, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of loss adjusting or claims handling experience.
• Experience in Property & Casualty claims is preferred but other lines may be considered.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Property & Casualty claims in Spain.
• Undertake site visits and meetings with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, claimants and other interested parties.
• Prepare reports detailing claim aspects including liability, quantum and next actions.
• Instruct and coordinate surveyors, engineers, lawyers, forensic accountants and other experts as necessary.
• Communicate with all stakeholders, calculate and approve interim payments and prepare interim/final reports.
• Develop the existing Property & Casualty business for current clients and identify new business opportunities.
