You will help ensure a high-quality member experience across multiple countries. The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Account Management and regulatory teams, with focus on profitability, price strategy and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience in health insurance.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of sector trends and pricing decisions.
• Experience with insurance products and business.
• Ability to navigate technical, data, business and legal questions related to insurance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the business and the risks.
• Help the team understand subtleties of healthcare and insurance.
• Defining pricing and re-pricing strategy for different products.
• Improve margin monitoring and support tools for the sales team.
• Analyze portfolio profitability and suggest action points.
