Job summary

Power Digital seeks an Analytics Engineer & BI professional to own the LookML semantic layer powering analytics across our 1,000+ person organization and 600+ clients. You will translate ambiguous requirements into scalable LookML models and build data products for internal and client use.

You will collaborate with Analytics Engineering to optimize performance, deploy LookML, and mentor junior developers while leveraging AI to drive efficiency in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle of production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake and BigQuery preferred).
• Strong foundation in dimensional modelling and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Agency experience, including performance marketing analytics for multi-client environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Power Digital's enterprise LookML semantic layer for analytics across the organization and clients.
• Write scalable LookML with rich metadata to support conversational analytics use cases.
• Translate stakeholder asks into technical implementations and design reusable Looker assets.
• Build data products in Looker with strong data visualization and UI/UX principles.
• Design LookML for scale and performance; deploy and govern LookML across Looker instances.
• Own LookML style guide and train users adopting self-service analytics; mentor juniors.
• Employ AI technologies to maximize team leverage and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
