Job summary

Power Digital is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to own end-to-end data pipelines and modeling across multi-client datasets. You’ll build robust ingestion, semantic layers, and AI-ready data foundations to support BI and AI initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality and reliable production-grade deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data or analytics engineering, including ownership of a dbt project in production.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, focusing on production-grade data pipelines.
• Deep expertise in dbt: incremental strategies, tests, snapshots, and DAG/materialization management.
• Strong command of Snowflake and cloud data stack to operate autonomously as a foundational data owner.
• Experience modeling in a multi-tenant environment and handling cross-client data requirements.
• Familiarity with marketing/advertising datasets, UTMs, attribution windows, and warehouse reporting.
• Experience designing end-to-end data lifecycles from ingestion to serving for BI and AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the core data foundation (ingestion, modeling, data marts) from raw platform data to serving layers.
• Build ingestion that adapts to API changes, deprecated fields, rate limits, and retroactive data restatement.
• Model across sources to reconcile spend, impressions, conversions, and revenue across multiple platforms and client integrations.
• Develop client-bespoke modeling on top of the core layer, with reusable patterns across projects.
• Create semantic layers and metric definitions for AI-generated SQL accuracy.
• Employ AI-agentic workflows and coding tools to accelerate data infrastructure development.
• Collaborate with nova product/engineering, AI/innovation, and client teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Monitor data quality and optimize pipelines for cost and performance in a multi-client warehouse.
