Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistic Assistant in Calamba, Laguna. You will manage inbound containers, verify items, check invoices, and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure organized shipments.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, signing delivery notes, handling stock, unpacking, preparing orders, keeping the facility clean, reporting breakages, and supporting teammates during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, or Business Management.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.
• At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong time-management skills to efficiently meet deadlines.
• Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Flexible to adapt to shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts.
• Willing to be assigned in: Calamba City, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
• Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
• Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Reporting all breakages and spills.
• Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.
