Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. in Cabuyao, Laguna is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Assistant to manage inbound containers, verify items, and ensure orderly receiving of stock. You will sign delivery notes and liaise with suppliers and customers to maintain organized shipments.

Responsibilities include unpacking, stocking, preparing client orders, and keeping the facility clean and compliant. Night and early morning shifts are required, with a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.
• At least 6 months of logistics or warehouse experience.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to night and early morning shifts.
• Willing to be assigned in Royale Cold Storage, Cabuyao Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries to ensure correct stock.
• Verify invoices and liaise with suppliers and customers.
• Unpack items and stock them on shelves as needed.
• Prepare client orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Keep the facility clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Report breakages and spills and assist others as needed.
