Responsibilities

• Manage inbound containers and verify contents.
• Check invoices to ensure service requests are followed.
• Create and maintain liaison with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure shipments are received in an organized manner.
• Respond promptly to store inquiries and gather feedback to improve ops.
• Maintain consistent communication between Distribution Center and ops teams.
• Assist the Distribution Center in meeting operational goals with logistical support.
