LX Pantos Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Support staff to respond to inquiries, manage billing, and prepare shipment documents. You will ensure accurate records, process payments, and maintain data integrity across shipments.

The role involves coordinating with freight lines, handling documentation, and supervising staff to meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business-related course, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 1 year in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or logistics industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and complaints professionally, build strong client relationships.
• Handle invoicing, freight confirmations, accounts receivables and refunds in line with policies.
• Prepare and print shipping documents; update shipment details and records for client accounting teams.
• Process payments to shipping lines/consolidators; send proof of payment and Form 2307.
• Update system records (HBL info, bill-to, carrier codes) and maintain filing.
• Oversee assigned staff to ensure documents are complete and on time; review shipping documents.
