Job summary

Stanley Electric Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Documents Clerk to manage delivery forms, ensure accurate outgoing goods documentation, and maintain delivery schedules.

The role includes daily checks of the shipping board and planning daily routes to ensure timely deliveries. The position also involves monthly monitoring of delivery consumables and related office supplies for delivery and cleaning areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year Course, Technical Course or Undergrad.
• With experience in Logistics Company or manufacturing.
• Knowledge in Custom processing is a plus.
• With good communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs processing and issuance of needed delivery forms.
• Responsible for providing documents and records of all outgoing goods for customers, both direct and indirect items.
• Performs checking of delivery shipping board on a daily basis.
• Plan and monitors delivery schedule on a daily basis.
• Performs monthly monitoring of delivery consumables such as gloves, pens and other office supplies needed for both delivery and cleaning area.
