Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to optimize global shipping operations and secure a reliable supply chain. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve routes, costs, and compliance, with a focus on the APAC region and the Philippines facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field with 3–5 years’ logistics experience.
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently and in teams.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation skills.
• Understanding of INCO-terms and international transportation concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems and IT systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage shipping/transportation budgets, policies, contracts.
• Monitor and optimize the global logistics network.
• Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, legal, finance for improvements.
• Benchmark best practices and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and security of supply.
• Provide analytics on freight spend and lane volumes.
• Coordinate with Philippines facilities and 3PL carriers.
• Resolve transportation issues and update routing guides.
• File insurance claims for in-transit damage.
