Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Warehouse Assistant for our Bulacan operation to manage inbound containers, verify items, and liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure shipments are organized and received accurately.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, signing delivery notes, handling stock with care, unpacking items, and preparing client orders. The role requires attention to detail, time management, resilience, and occasional night/early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries for stock accuracy.
• Sign delivery notes upon receipt.
• Handle stock with care, especially fragile items.
• Unpack items and arrange on shelves.
• Prepare client orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Keep the facility clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Report breakages and spills.
• Assist teammates during lulls in the day.

Who are we looking for:

As a Logistics Warehouse Assistant, you are expected to perform many duties including managing inbound containers and verifying that they contain the right items. Checks invoices to ensure that service requests have been followed and creates and maintains liaison with suppliers and customers to ensure that shipments are received in an organized manner.

• Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock are delivered.
• Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments.
• Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile.
• Unpacking items and arranging these on shelves, if needed.
• Preparing our clients' orders by gathering and loading stock.
• Ensuring that the facility remains clean, sanitary, and well-organized.
• Reporting all breakages and spills.
• Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Operations Management, and Business Management.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in MS Office.
• At least 6 months of working experience in logistics or warehouse.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong time-management skills to efficiently meet deadlines.
• Resilience and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Flexible to adapt to shifting schedules, including night and early morning shifts.
• Willing to be assigned in: North Star Compound, Sta Cruz, Guiguinto Bulacan (North Star Meats) or Dona Feliza Village Tierra Dayao Santa Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan
