Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI), a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is seeking a Lead, Learning Systems in Metro Manila to oversee LMS management, deployment, and optimization. The role focuses on advanced system support, integration with HRIS/IT, and driving training initiatives for shipboard and shore-side staff.

The incumbent will lead project efforts, coordinate with vendors, and ensure governance and SLAs are met while maintaining high-quality learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in learning systems administration or related roles.
• Certifications in project or systems management preferred.
• Proficient with learning management systems and support tools.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and support for new system specialists; manage workload and SLAs.
• Administer LMS and support systems; coordinate updates and integrations with HR and IT.
• Plan and deploy courses; schedule maintenance and deployments.
• Develop QA processes for LMS environments and document processes.
• Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Oversee user provisioning and password management in LMS.
• Handle special projects as needed.
