Job summary

The Specialist, Learning Systems at Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) will manage and maintain all learning systems to ensure business continuity and a positive learner experience across the fleet and shoreside.

Responsibilities include daily system maintenance, course setups, learner support, system audits, upgrades, and acting as the LMS administrator for Carnival’s platforms and integrated tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven project management and teamwork skills.
• Experience with learning technologies and systems (3+ years).
• Knowledge of LMS deployments and SharePoint Online is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LMS environments and related systems.
• Provide learner support and troubleshoot issues per SLAs.
• Assist with course deployment planning and coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and integration between HRIS and LMS.
