Job summary

Booth is seeking a Sr Sports Data Operations Analyst to join our live operations team. You will monitor real-time soccer and multi-sport data feeds, perform operational tasks during live events, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

This senior role emphasizes precision, decision-making under pressure, and collaboration with data and product teams. You will work remotely with a distributed global team, reporting insights and contributing to SOP development.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in sports data, data operations, or a related operational field.
Strong knowledge of soccer and multi-sport data structures.
Ability to handle large data volumes and operate dashboards under time pressure.
Comfort with evening/late-night shifts for live events.
Experience leading or mentoring teams in an SOP-driven environment.
Clear written English for internal reporting and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

Monitor live soccer and multi-sport data feeds across concurrent events, identify anomalies in real time.
Execute tasks within internal dashboards following defined workflows and event parameters.
Take shifts according to live sports calendar (e.g., Premier League, Champions League, NBA).
Maintain accurate activity logs and outcome records during live windows.
Coordinate with data and product teams to report issues and drive improvements.
Perform quality checks on data from third-party providers.
