Qualifications

• 10+ years in sports data, data operations, or related operational field.
• Strong working knowledge of soccer formats, events, and data structures.
• Comfortable handling large data volumes and dashboards under time pressure.
• Available to work evening/late-night shifts per live sports calendar.
• Supervisor or team lead experience in ops environment.
• Clear written English for internal reporting.
• Self-directed and reliable in a 100% remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Oversee live soccer and multi-sport data feeds across concurrent events, identifying anomalies.
• Execute tasks in internal dashboards following defined workflows and event parameters.
• Take assigned shifts according to the live sports calendar (e.g., Premier League, Champions League, NBA).
• Maintain accurate activity logs and outcome records for each live event window.
• Coordinate with data and product teams to report issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform quality checks on data from third-party providers.
• Contribute to building and refining playbooks and SOPs as the team grows.
• Identify and respond to data discrepancies, system failures, and AI model blind spots.
