Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Manila seeks a Senior Linux System Administrator/Engineer to support and manage the Red Hat Linux estate across on-premises, virtual, and cloud environments. You will join the Global Linux Team, handling production reliability, incident response, and automation initiatives, with a mid-shift start (2pm PHT).

Prior experience in financial services is preferred and collaboration with IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Linux/Unix server infrastructure in a financial services environment.
• Strong scripting in Bash or Ansible and experience with AWS workloads.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration of Unix/Linux servers and storage.
• Handle incident response, remediation, and deployment of new technologies.
• Perform ITIL-aligned requests and tasks per standards.
• Collaborate with project teams for smooth server transitions.
• Document system architectures and DR procedures.
• Improve infrastructure efficiency and automation.
• Support TP ICAP's file transfer system (JScape) incidents and requests.
