Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, seeks a Senior Linux Data Analyst to ensure the accuracy and quality of market data flows powering Nasdaq's trading platforms and client services.

You will work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, applying Linux skills, data extraction, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams; hybrid work with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Linux terminals and server environments; data extraction is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues, perform data conversion, and handle large datasets.
• Experience in trading or financial services industry preferred.
• Strong English communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage reported stock exchange and trading activity data issues through structured incident management and an internal ticketing system.
• Investigate and resolve data issues using Linux and server-based data management tools, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to schedule releases and implement bug fixes that address client-impacting data flow issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues across regions to implement improvements to existing data flows and uphold Nasdaq's service quality standards.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives to reduce recurring data issues and enhance the overall client experience.
