Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Level Designer for a major action-focused game project. Based in Spain, you will own level design from concept to blockout, shaping spaces that support combat, movement, and core gameplay systems.

You will collaborate with designers, engineers, AI specialists, and environment artists; drive rapid iteration, playtests, data-driven feedback, and mentor junior designers within a fully remote studio culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Level Design experience with shipped or playable games.
• Strong knowledge of action games on PC and/or console.
• Expertise in game design, spatial design, and 3D level construction.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality Level Design work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and develop engaging level content aligned with core mechanics.
• Design and construct maps, arenas, and combat spaces from concept to blockout.
• Create clear blockouts communicating player flow, scale, and gameplay intent.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate across disciplines.
