Copeland Philippines seeks an experienced attorney to provide legal advisory and contracts support across Asia Pacific regions, focusing on RoA and designated business units. You will draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support data privacy initiatives while coordinating with HR on labor matters.

As part of the Commercial Excellence structure, you will train management, supervise external counsel, and help shape policy and governance to align with global objectives.

Formación

• Licensed attorney with LL.B. or J.D.
• 5+ years in general legal support (in-house or external counsel)
• Experience in contract review and regulatory compliance
• Experience with data privacy laws
• Ability to provide practical legal advice to the business

Responsabilidades

• Advise business leaders on legal concerns and compliance policies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and customers.
• Support due diligence for potential M&A projects and post-close integration.
• Develop and implement data privacy policies and manage related incidents.
• Provide onsite legal support in Philippines and collaborate with HR on labor matters
