• Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and internal risk parameters.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and liaise with external counsel as needed.
• Develop and share legal resources, templates, and training materials.
• Oversee external counsel and ensure cost-effective, quality services.
