Responsibilities

• Develops and implements effective legal strategies addressing litigation, regulatory compliance, labor and dispute resolution.
• Represents the organization in litigation, negotiations, settlement discussions, and hearings with strong oral advocacy.
• Manages a diverse portfolio of legal matters, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
• Conducts stakeholder mapping and recommends engagement strategies.
• Helps manage external relationships to maximize influence and credibility.
• Identifies opportunities to deliver strategic benefits through stakeholder engagement.
• Engages on complex issues with hostile stakeholders.
• Develops and implements contractor management strategies in line with legal and risk principles.
