Qualifications

• Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar and admitted to practice law in the Philippines.
• LL.B. or Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school.
• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in corporate or commercial law and related areas.
• Experience providing legal advisory services to business units and drafting/negotiating contracts.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and business operations.
• Relevant training in corporate law, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, or data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory and support to the Director of Legal and internal teams.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard legal templates and documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Support corporate governance, filings, and corporate transactions.
