Reporting to the Country President & General Manager External Affairs and Social Performance, this role leads the External Affairs and Social Performance function, building trusted stakeholder relationships and guiding social, human-rights, regulatory and operational risk management. Qualifications

• Minimum seven years’ progressive experience in community relations or related fields.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, community development, social risk, and compliance support.
• Experience collaborating with communities, government, Indigenous Peoples, and civil society.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Lead community development, sustainability and social enterprise programs.
• Provide strategic advice to site leadership on social performance.
• Coach and develop the Community Relations and Development team.
• Manage budgets, schedules and performance reporting.
• Maintain governance, records, reporting and regulatory compliance.
