Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent required.
• Bar admission in good standing with Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
• 8+ years of legal/compliance experience; 5 years for outstanding candidates.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and transactional documents.
• Monitor Philippines laws and regulatory developments relevant to import/export, trade, and dealer networks.
• Support global compliance programmes including privacy, data protection, and anti-corruption.
• Manage litigation/arbitration and regulatory investigations, coordinating with external counsel.
• Establish and optimise local legal/compliance processes and risk mitigation.
• Provide day-to-day legal support and training to business functions.
• Manage relationships with external law firms and legal service providers.
