Job summary

CNT Promo & Ads Specialist, Inc. in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a seasoned legal and compliance leader to oversee labor compliance, contracts, governance, and regulatory affairs.

You will draft and negotiate employment and vendor agreements, coordinate with government agencies, conduct audits, and support HR in employee relations, while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of legal records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Law undergraduates with 2–3 years LL.B./JD progress encouraged.
• 3–5 years in legal compliance, contract management, or corporate legal functions, preferably supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Experience with documentation, compliance monitoring, and coordination with state agencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters, including labor compliance, employment law, governance, contracts, litigation support, and regulatory affairs.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage employment contracts, client service agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, licensing requirements, and industry standards applicable to manpower and recruitment operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain legal policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management procedures.
• Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel regarding legal and compliance matters.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and provide recommendations to management regarding potential business impacts.
• Conduct legal and compliance audits to identify risks and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Support Human Resources in employee relations matters, administrative investigations, disciplinary proceedings, labor cases, and compliance-related concerns.
• Maintain corporate records, permits, licenses, registrations, and regulatory filings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to management on operational, contractual, and employment-related issues.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks that may affect company operations.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and safekeeping of all legal records and contracts.
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and legal updates for management.
• Perform other legal and compliance-related duties as may be assigned.
