Job summary

Ayala Malls in Cebu City is seeking a Mall Leasing Associate Manager to execute leasing strategies at the property level, maintain high occupancy, optimize tenant mix, and grow rental income. You will coordinate day-to-day leasing operations and negotiate leases to align with the mall’s positioning and audience.

You’ll collaborate with Asset Management, Marketing, Projects and Operations to enhance tenant satisfaction and overall mall performance, leveraging budgeting and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail leasing, leasing management, or commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of leasing strategies, tenant mix optimization, lease negotiations, retail market analysis, and rental income growth.
• Good financial acumen, with budgeting, forecasting, and business performance understanding.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven project management and leadership capabilities with a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is an advantage.
