Job summary

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. is seeking a Leasing and Operations Associate Manager in Manila to oversee day-to-day lease administration and mall management.

You will drive occupancy growth, analyze data, and support marketing initiatives while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing or business administration, at least five years in sales, marketing, or property management, and the ability to work on-call including

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and interact with clients and customers at strategic and tactical level.
• Handle multiple leasing/sales accounts concurrently.
• Strong customer service and community relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages merchant performance and aims to improve occupancy and lease rates.
• Budgeting, forecasting, data analytics and management reporting.
• Keeps abreast of retail, dining trends and supports mall marketing activities.
• Assists in lease documentation, renewal processes and termination handling.
• Conducts market and competitor checks and provides recommendations.
• Represents the company in relationships with stakeholders including customers, merchants and LGUs.
