You will oversee lease data abstraction, quality reviews, rent processing, and the management of related documents such as estoppels and SNDAs, while coordinating with clients to support reporting and portfolio management needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and minimum 5 years of experience managing a team in Portfolio Lease Administration.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret lease documents and extract key terms.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure with competing priorities.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease administration activities and maintain lease databases with data integrity.
• Oversee lease data abstraction, quality reviews, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a Lease Administration team.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality lease abstraction and data management services.
• Coordinate abstraction, upload of documents, and tracking of critical dates.
• Deliver portfolio reports and lead status meetings with clients.
