Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Philippines to support the Lease Administration Manager. You will oversee lease data updates, ensure compliance, and maintain data integrity across contracts, subleases, and amendments.

You will lead as deputy, helping the team stay efficient and aligned with industry standards. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, conducting audits, and delivering timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience, with 2+ years supervising a small team.
• Experience in data administration, real estate, or lease administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for team during the Manager’s absence.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and prioritizing lease administration tasks.
• Support compliance initiatives related to lease agreements.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Maintain and update lease/sublease data and related records.
• Extract and input data into client databases per standards.
• Conduct routine audits for data accuracy and process adherence.
• Deliver standard and ad hoc reports timely.
• Coordinate with legal to review and finalize Estoppel and SNDA terms.
