Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Metro Manila is seeking an Assistant Manager to support Lease Administration Manager in overseeing lease agreements, data accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role coordinates data updates, performs quality reviews, and assists with abstraction of lease documents while maintaining client systems and dashboards to meet standards.

You will act as deputy to the Manager, training staff, and driving continuous improvement through audits and process enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience; data administration or real estate experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years supervising a small team providing guidance and training.
• Experience in transaction management, property management, or lease administration preferred.
• Proficiency in lease management systems and database tools; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy in the Manager’s absence and address immediate concerns.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and prioritizing lease administration tasks.
• Support compliance initiatives related to lease agreements and documentation.
• Train and onboard new team members to ensure process adherence.
• Maintain databases by updating records for leases, subleases, amendments, and asset changes.
• Extract data from lease documents and input into client databases.
• Lead regular lease administration status meetings and prepare reporting.
