Job summary

Anywhere Talent is seeking an Asset & Lease Manager to oversee a multi-site U.S. retail lease portfolio from our Manila office. You will abstract leases, monitor critical dates, verify landlord charges, and recover overbilled CAM and taxes while maintaining comprehensive lease files.

You will validate monthly bills, manage CAM/tax audits, and supervise a future associate. A degree in Accounting/Finance/Real Estate/Business or Law and advanced Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in U.S. retail/commercial lease administration with multi-site experience.
• Ability to read and abstract U.S. shopping-center leases (CAM, tax, insurance).
• Advanced Excel and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Abstract every executed lease and amendment into the lease database.
• Maintain the critical date calendar for options, renewals, TI deadlines, and insurance renewals.
• Validate monthly billing (base rent, CAM, tax, insurance) and prepare the payment file.
• Manage outsourced CAM and tax audits and track credits/refunds.
• Write and maintain SOPs and train a future associate.
