Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update lease records and amendments in the database.
• Perform data extraction from Real Estate Lease documents for client databases.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to client standards across the dataset.
• Review and format reporting outputs as requested by the client.
• Coordinate abstraction of new leases, subleases, and amendments with templates and client systems.
