Job summary

Performance Development Group seeks a Contract Learning Solution Architect to scope, design, and deliver performance improvement solutions for life sciences clients. You will partner with the sales team to analyze client needs, craft concepts, and guide engagement teams from discovery through delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in solution design, performance consulting, or adult learning and development, with strong communication and leadership skills and a relevant master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences industries (pharma, biotech, or medical devices) or sales performance design is required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide clients and teams.
• Ability to design, deliver, and measure learning and performance solutions across modalities.

Responsibilities

• Presales: identify clients, define goals, design business performance solutions, and align with client needs.
• Value Creation: analyze needs, research trends, and develop effective performance solutions.
