Job summary

Performance Development Group (PDG) is seeking a Solution Designer to design learning assets across modalities and translate concepts into detailed, buildable plans. You will ensure all experiences align into a cohesive learning journey and deliver measurable business impact.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects and senior designers, work with SMEs, and drive design-led solutions for client programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in instructional design or training
• 3+ years in a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of Learning Experience Design (LxD)
• Strong PPT visual design skills
• Experience in life sciences learning solutions

Responsibilities

• Design learning assets aligned with solutions across modalities.
• Translate concepts into detailed buildable plans.
