Job summary

Performance Development Group seeks a 1099 Engagement Manager to lead client projects from sales through life cycle closeout. You will partner with the sales team, coordinate resources, and drive successful engagements with a focus on client satisfaction.

Travel may be required for client meetings. The role emphasizes relationship building, budgeting, and applying PDG best practices to deliver quality outcomes and explore growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences sales performance projects.
• Minimum of 5 years in learning project management or account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of a client engagement.
• Foster client relationships and set service levels.
• Manage resources and onboarding for engagements.
• Plan and manage work, assess risks and mitigation.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and forecasts.
• Apply PDG’s best practices to ensure quality.
• Support growth with business development efforts.
