Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior Manager, Learning Quality & Development to lead a global function spanning training delivery, quality assurance, digital learning, and innovation. You will shape strategy, governance, and ROI, building a scalable, data-driven capability across Customer Success, Operations, and Quality teams.

The role emphasizes developing managers, implementing AI-enabled learning, and driving measurable impact on customer experience and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across training delivery, digital learning, and quality assurance.
• Strong track record designing and scaling impactful training programs aligned to business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in quality assurance frameworks and compliance within learning environments.
• Experience leading digital learning transformation including LMS/LXP and e-learning production.
• Practical experience with AI-enabled learning tools and data-driven personalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a leadership team of Training Managers, Digital Learning Manager, and Quality Manager with clear objectives and development plans.
• Serve as escalation point for reports, conduct regular performance reviews and development conversations.
• Define resources aligned to priorities and advocate for investment in Learning Quality & Development.
• Partner with Customer Success, Operations, and Quality to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end learning solution design from needs analysis to evaluation, aligned with measurable outcomes.
