Job summary

International SOS in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs that drive operational excellence and improved customer experience. You will support employee performance across the organization and collaborate with Operations leaders to localize materials.

The role requires 2+ years of experience in training delivery, needs analysis, and curriculum development, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of consecutive experience in training delivery and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire, refresher, cross-functional, and ongoing learning programs.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions to improve business results.
• Design, develop, and localize training materials, programs, and learning resources. Partner with Operations leaders and stakeholders to implement training and coaching initiatives
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning impact through assessments, audits, and performance metrics.
• Support eLearning administration, learning records management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in assessment centers, trainer calibrations, and organizational learning projects.

Join our team as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist and play a key role in building the capability of teams delivering travel assistance services. You will design, develop, and facilitate training programs that drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and support employee performance across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Deliver new hire, refresher, cross-functional, and ongoing learning programs.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of consecutive experience in training delivery and facilitation.
• Proven experience in training needs analysis, curriculum development, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, assistance services, healthcare, travel, insurance, or related operational environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
• Train-the-Trainer, Learning & Development, or related certifications are an advantage.
